Marvel’s Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur Animated Series Is On Its Way To The Small Screen

An animated series of the Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur comic is currently in development at Disney Channels Worldwide. The Matrix‘s Laurence Fishburne, who is slated to appear as Dr. Bill Foster in Ant-Man and the Wasp will be producing this series with executive producer Helen Sugland.

Deadline has reported that this series is in works but does not have a network, and this means that it may air on Disney Channel, Disney Junior or Disney XD.

Launched in 2015, Amy Reeder, Natacha Bustos and Brandon Montclare’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur comic is about Lunella Lafayette, a 9-year-old genius girl, and her prehistoric Devil Dinosaur. Lunella loves to create although they tend to get her in trouble. Lunella is not only a genius, but she is also an Inhuman and can swap bodies with her crimson dinosaur friend.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur will be joining Marvel’s animated Spider-Man, Avengers Assemble and Guardians of the Galaxy.

There is no release date for Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur as of now.
